Outstanding 4-Her Application

The award is given to honor younger members who have displayed extraordinary achievement in the areas of Leadership or Community Service on a countywide basis. This is a nominated honor awarded to members 9-13 years old that go above and beyond the normal club level achievements to benefit the community or display leadership abilities unexpected for their age.

Complete the form on behalf of your 4-H club and submit to the 4-H office by August 31st.
