Conduct group nutrition education classes in English and Spanish, and activities and community events (as required) using UC approved curricula, may provide food demonstrations and food tastings, and distribute educational materials to community partners. Recruit program participants to meet established enrollment and outcome requirements, and track and maintain required program-related paperwork, inventory, activity reports, and other documentation. Assist with planning special events in collaboration with program leadership and community partners, and work to establish relationships with new partners. May be responsible for collecting and compiling enrollment documentation, evaluation data, maintenance and delivery of nutrition education curricula inventory, and report writing. Participate in approved training and developmental activities to learn and maintain programmatic and subject matter competence. Perform data entry of program-related paperwork into shared database.
